LG HI-MACS® Corian®
- Corian
is similar to LG HI-MACS® in that it is acrylic
based however Corian® is not manufactured in the
same way.
- Corian
is manufactured using a chemical cure method whilst
LG HI-MACS® is produced using an advanced thermal
cure method.
- LG
HI-MACS® is produced in 9mm thickness material
as well as 12mm and 6mm. Corian® is not currently
available in 9mm.
- LG
HI-MACS® is offered with a range of sinks and
bowls made in all colours. Corian® is also available
in a wide range of sinks. Sink designs vary from both
manufacturer.
- Both
LG HI-MACS® and Corian® are fabricated in
Ireland by a network of specialist fabricators using
the most high tech' machinery available on the market.
However not all fabricators work with
LG HI-MACS® this includes Obre Fabrications.
